Our goal is to make learning accessible, inclusive, and culturally grounded — combining academic excellence with mentorship and identity.

2. Eligibility

– Users under 18 may access the Platform only with parental or guardian consent. 
– You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. 
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Membership and Services

We offer: 
– Membership access (6-month or annual plans) with ongoing portal access, tutoring, and materials. 
– One-off course purchases for new or non-member learners. 
– Free resources and limited previews to help new users explore the Platform. 
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform to improve quality or maintain compliance.

4. Payments and Billing

– Payments are securely processed through Stripe, PayPal, or other authorised providers. 
– All prices are listed in GBP (£) or your local currency where supported. 
– Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

5. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds are available only in the following cases:

– Duplicate payments. 
– Proven misrepresentation of course content. 
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed within 10 business days. 
Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

6. Acceptable Use and Conduct

Users agree not to: 
– Post or transmit offensive, illegal, or harmful material. 
– Engage in academic dishonesty (cheating, plagiarism, etc.). 
– Share or resell account access, materials, or recordings. 
– Harass, threaten, or exploit any user, tutor, or staff member. 
Violation may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

7. Tutor Responsibilities

Tutors must: 
– Provide accurate academic guidance and act professionally. 
– Avoid sharing personal contact details outside official channels. 
– Comply with Scholar Citadel’s Safeguarding & Conduct Policy. 
– Maintain confidentiality of student information. 
Failure to comply may result in removal from the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, brand assets, and design elements on Scholar Citadel are the property of Scholar Citadel or its licensors. 
Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute materials without express written consent. 
You may use platform content solely for personal learning and not for resale or commercial use.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

We respect your privacy and comply with GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act, and other global privacy laws.

10. Service Availability
